How much does it cost us to have a HottyMrkt?
Nothing. There's no cost to the property, no purchase, and no rental fee. We install, stock, and maintain the unit entirely. You provide a small footprint in a common area, and we handle everything else.
Who restocks and maintains the machine?
We do, completely. Inventory is monitored remotely, so we know what's running low before it sells out and restock on a regular schedule. If anything ever malfunctions, we handle the repairs and support. Your team never has to lift a finger.
How much space does it need?
Very little. Most units fit against a single wall in a lobby, clubhouse, mailroom, or amenity space, and all we need is a standard power outlet nearby. We'll assess your space beforehand and recommend the right configuration for your building.
What can residents buy, and how do they pay?
